The 60-day guarantee
If LeanBurn Drops is not right for you, you may request a refund of the product price within 60 days of your purchase date. We ask that you use the product as directed for at least 30 days first, since that is the window in which most people first notice a difference. The guarantee applies to your purchase whether you bought one pack or several.
What is covered
- The purchase price of the LeanBurn Drops product, on orders placed through leanburnofficial.com.
- Both opened and unopened bottles from a qualifying order, so you can actually try it before deciding.
What is not covered
- Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.
- Requests made more than 60 days after the purchase date.
- Product purchased from third parties, marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay, or any source other than this authorized portal.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or [email protected] from the address on your order, with your order number, within the 60-day window. We will reply with a return authorization and the return address. Please wait for that authorization before sending anything back, so we can match your return to your refund.
Returns and processing
Send authorized returns to: Sundale Metabolic Returns, 4 Hartman Road, Traverse City, MI 49686. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received, we process the refund to your original payment method, typically within three to five business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us right away. In most cases we will replace it or refund it without asking you to return anything, and outside the standard guarantee window if needed. We want you treated fairly.
